PERSONAL
TRAINING As
a professional highly experience certified personal trainer, Leslie will work
with you one-on-one in a designated gym or in your home. With every Personal Training
package you will receive workouts designed around your needs and personal goals.
Every session is structured to build cardiovascular endurance, improve strength,
increase flexibility and bring balance and harmony into your life by getting you
the results that you deserve. SESSION
STRUCTURE Personal
training can be done one-on-one, or in a group setting. The structure of a personal
training session depends on the client and his or her needs. An exercise program
will be personally suited for each individual based on a comprehensive fitness
evaluation, lifestyle and environment. Exercise programs can range from a weight
loss program to training for a marathon. Generally, most training sessions revolve
around the specific goals of the client, emphasizing four basic components: flexibility,
resistance training, and cardiovascular exercise and stress reduction. Each session
begins with a review of how the client is performing in each of these areas. If
one area tends to need more attention, the majority of time will be focused on

Why One-On-One Training?
If you are new to exercise
or have had problems with consistency, one-on-one personal training is a must.
With one-on-one training, it is just you and the trainer. Leslie will give you
her undivided attention. Working privately helps take the confusion out of reaching
your fitness goals and helps you get results fast and efficiently.
PERSONAL
TRAINING - SEMI-PRIVATE You
and A Partner Semi-private personal training appeals to clients who wish
to reduce the cost of sessions by training with a spouse or a friend. This is
also a convenient way for people with similar needs or goals to achieve results
with the support of a partner. Semi-private personal training is a great way to
enhance your workouts and hold you accountable while under the guidance of a certified
personal trainer.
PERSONAL
TRAINING - GROUP SESSIONS
Classes
and Workshops
Classes and workshops are perfect for a group of people in
a community who share similar fitness goals and would like fun and interesting
ways to achieve these goals in an intimate group setting. Leslie will come to

PHONE COACHING -
SESSION STRUCTURE
Leslie works with you through an
initial 90-minute coaching session followed by a series of 11 one-hour (or 30
minute depending on what best suits your needs) telephone sessions over a period
of approximately three months. Leslie takes you through the wellness coaching
process by helping you set realistic and manageable long-term and short-term goals
to be reached during the course of your relationship.
At
the end of the program, you'll have a concise, written, focused plan for positive,
simplified and significant living. You will look better, feel better and above
all, you will know where you are going and how to get there.

The best way to understand wellness coaching is to experience it.
