Wellness Coaching

As a wellness coach, Leslie works with you to create a well-balanced life. Through the power of accountability, you will find the support needed to incorporate essential changes into your overall lifestyle. Together you will develop mastery over your physical, emotional and mental well-being, including weight, fitness, nutrition, stress, mental health, physical health and the mindset to sustain wellness. Wellness coaching has revealed itself to be the missing ingredient in creating lasting lifestyle changes. Together with Leslie, you will focus on improving your whole person, while addressing key wellness concerns and appropriate ongoing lifestyle changes. Ultimately, you will start leading the life you desire.

Phone or In-Person Coaching with Leslie

She works with you through an initial 90-minute coaching session followed by a series of 11 one-hour (or 30 minute depending on what best suits your needs) telephone sessions over a period of approximately three months. Leslie takes you through the wellness coaching process by helping you set realistic and manageable long-term and short-term goals to be reached during the course of your relationship.

At the end of the program, you’ll have a concise, written, focused plan for positive, simplified and significant living. You will look better, feel better and above all, you will know where you are going and how to get there.

  • Getting Started
    The best way to understand wellness coaching is to experience it. Contact Leslie to sign up for a complimentary 30-minute coaching session and begin to create the life you truly want.
  • Your Inventory
    Leslie helps you define the purpose and direction of your life in order to help you move closer to your “ideal self”. Through the co-creation of your wellness vision, and by identifying obstacles and motivators, you will be better equipped to effectively move forward.
  • Your Choices
    Leslie will help you determine which choices will best improve or enhance your health, including your physical, emotional, spiritual, relational and intellectual health. You will reach your vision through co-creating and following your three-month “SMART” goals.
  • Your Plan
    Together with Leslie you will create a plan that is bite sized and do-able. By following your personalized plan, you will improve not only your lifestyle, but also your work style habits, relationships and attitudes on a weekly basis.
  • Your Benchmarks
    Once you are on track, Leslie will set up appropriate benchmarks to help you stay on target. This ensures that your
    choices are consistent and long lasting.
