WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP
EMPOWERING WOMEN
I stand as a fierce advocate for women's leadership and empowerment. My vision for a world where women's voices are amplified, where their innate strength is celebrated, ignites a transformative spark in all who encounter me. Through my teachings and leadership, I champion the rise of powerful, compassionate female leaders.
A LEGACY ROOTED IN UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
My source of inspiration is my mother, Beverley Noel Salmon. Her lifelong commitment to service, advocacy, and love for the underrepresented has paved the way for my pursuits in identity, inclusion, women's rights, human rights, and a sense of belonging. Born amidst the echoes of the civil rights era, my journey commenced with fists raised, standing alongside my mother, a trailblazer in the movement. Those formative years, molded by a fiery spirit, established the groundwork for the tools of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
OMEGA WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP INTENSIVE:
A DECADE OF EMPOWERMENT
For the past decade, it has been my profound honor and joy to co-create and co-facilitate the annual OWLC Intensive alongside esteemed faculty members Carla Goldstein, Sharon Salzberg, Mallika Dutt, and Sarah Urech. Our exploration spans crucial topics such as intersectionality, mindfulness, embodied practices, and a profound connection to nature. This potent online and in-person intensive serves as an invitation to co-collaborate and nurture an ecosystem of sisterhood, committing collectively to #doingpowerdifferently.

Leadership in these times calls for a unique combination of inner strength, compassion, and an understanding of power—whether guiding a family, running a business, or holding public office. It's vital that we work to transform the old "command and control" leadership model and turn towards "connect and collaborate," which research demonstrates as critical to effective leadership. Join us for a curriculum that emphasizes how women can use our leadership to advance this shift.
This highly experiential workshop is for all who identify as women and want to use their leadership to create a caring, just, and sustainable future for everybody. Through reflection, dialogue, writing, movement, meditation, ritual, and contact with nature, we delve deep into our leadership stories in an intimate setting.
In an intergenerational, multiracial circle of women, we examine current and historic systems of power and privilege and how they intersect, hold conversations about race and other ways we have been divided as women, and learn what we can do to advance change. We engage in transformative exercises, rituals, and practices that awaken us to do power differently at the personal, relational, and global level.
Guided by expert teachers, we explore five leadership essentials—values, voice, vision, vessel, and voyage. Together we:
Whether you are a seasoned leader or beginning your leadership journey, this intensive can help you be the courageous, wise, and nurturing leader the world needs now.
EMBARKING ON A HEALING JOURNEY:
AFRO FLOW YOGA FOUNDATIONS COURSE
Guided by my personal healing odyssey to reclaim my roots and connect with my Ancestors, I brought forth the Afro Flow Yoga Foundations Course. Over the past decade, I've had the honor of co-creating this transformative program with scholars in the Pan African movement, dedicated teachers, healers, and the vibrant Afro Flow Yoga community. Creating a profound and uplifting space, I've joyfully supported women leaders, therapists, teachers, mothers, and scholars through multiple cohorts. Together, we navigate a journey to reclaim the roots of our Black and Indigenous spiritual technologies, forging a path to embrace innate potential and contribute to a more compassionate and interconnected world.
